Azam Uganda Premier League

Tuesday 7th November, 2017

Bright Stars Fc vs BUL FC

Time: 4pm (Live on Azam TV at 4pm)

Venue: Champions Stadium, Mwererwe

Bright Stars FC assistant coach Paul Kiwanuka believes that the value attached to the club’s next home games will require his players to rise to the occasion in the Azam Uganda Premier League.

Starting with BUL FC on Tuesday 7th November and Onduparaka FC a week later at the Champions Stadium, my players must know why they are putting on a Bright Stars shirt.

We have not disappointed our fans as the return of points has been good but we want to improve in each game that comes our way.

‘Playing at home gives us a lot of confidence especially putting in mind about our record in Mwererwe. We have prepared well for the game against BUL FC on Tuesday’ said Kiwanuka.

‘The mood in camp is high as the boys are now starting to gel. Jungu Methodius is doing well in training and we expect him to create an impact in the game’ added Kiwanuka after the Monday morning session in Mwererwe.

BUL FC has never won a league match in Mwererwe but memories are still fresh when they humbled Bright Stars FC 3-1 in the Uganda cup two years ago at the Quarter finals stage.

No injuries have been reported and the technical team will have a clean bill of health ahead of the game on Tuesday.
